Mini products (12 months)

Makiaj warrants Mini lights, Mini bundles and the Mini components included in them against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the delivery date. If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the product or the defective component, at our option. We pay shipping both ways for covered claims.

Makiaj Beauty Light (60 days)

The Makiaj Beauty Light is covered for 60 days from delivery against manufacturing defects, with replacement or refund at our option.

What is not covered

Accidental damage, loss or theft, cosmetic wear, damage from misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, normal battery wear, and third-party accessories. Accidental damage is covered only if you purchased Makiaj Care.

How to make a claim

Email support@makiaj.com with your order number, photos or a short video, and a description of the issue. We reply within 2 business days.

THIS WARRANTY IS FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE LENGTH OF THIS WARRANTY. Some places do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limit above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have others that vary by country or state. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the laws where you live.
