Makiaj Care is Makiaj's own optional protection plan for Mini products purchased on makiaj.com. It is a Makiaj program, not an insurance policy.

What you get

• Coverage extended from 12 months to 24 months from delivery, including defects.
• One accidental-damage replacement: drops, impacts and liquid spills.
• $0 deductible. We pay shipping both ways.
• If we can't repair it, we replace the product or the damaged component with a new or like-new one.

How it works

• Buy the plan with your Mini product, or within 30 days of delivery.
• One plan per product. Bundles are covered as one product, and we replace the damaged item or component.
• After an accidental-damage replacement, the plan stays active for defects until the original end date. The replacement stays covered under the same plan.
• For accidental-damage claims, we send a prepaid label and the damaged product must be returned to us. Your replacement ships once we receive the returned product.
• The plan stays with the original purchaser and can't be transferred.

Not covered

Loss or theft, cosmetic damage (scratches that don't affect function), intentional damage, neglect, unauthorized repair or modification, third-party accessories, the Makiaj Beauty Light and its bundles.

Cancelling

Full refund within 30 days of purchase if you haven't made a claim. No refunds after that.

Claims

Email support@makiaj.com with your order number, photos or video, and a description. We reply within 2 business days.
