At Makiaj, we are proud to offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on All Orders. Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our headquarters in Arizona. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Please allow:
• 1–2 business days for order processing
• Additional processing time during major launches, holidays, or promotional events
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package and delivery timeline transfers to the carrier. While Makiaj is happy to assist customers with locating shipments and providing shipment information, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, damaged packages, or delivery issues that occur after the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery concerns, shipping delays, or claims.
Delivered Packages
Orders marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered and fulfilled. Makiaj is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to ship orders to a secure location and monitor tracking information closely. If you believe a package has been stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and local authorities to file the appropriate reports.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Makiaj is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@makiaj.com. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.
