Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help. Please review our updated return and warranty guidelines below.

Returns for New, Unopened Items (15-Day Window)

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
After the 15-day period, we are unable to offer any refunds, no exceptions.

If you are returning an item because you simply changed your mind or no longer want it, we are happy to accept the return within the 15-day period; however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns Due to Seller Error or Defective Items

If the return is a result of our error—such as receiving an incorrect item—or the item arrives defective, we will gladly cover the cost of the return shipping label.
Please note: return labels can only be generated for the original address the order was shipped to, and we are unable to modify the return address.

Refund Processing Time

You can expect to receive your refund within 4–5 weeks of handing your package to the return carrier.
This timeline includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the return to reach us
  • 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process your return
  • 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund transaction

In many cases, refunds may be issued sooner.

60-Day Warranty for Makiaj Beauty Light

All Makiaj Beauty Lights include a 60-day warranty covering manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the light.

If a confirmed manufacturing defect occurs within 60 days of delivery, we will process either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A return for a refund, depending on the situation

Items that develop issues after the 60-day warranty period are not eligible for replacement or refund.

International Returns

We gladly accept returns from international customers. Please note that return shipping costs to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. For our U.S.-based customers, we cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
